Whether you want to bring some structure to your media page or work with Spott's interactive catalog, in both cases you can do this with a media collection. A collection is much like a folder of combined media, both images and videos combined.
This article contains all about creating collections, adding media to it, and removing collections. Find out more about our interactive catalog here!
Creating a collection
This is just as easy as clicking on the "New collection" button, you will be asked to give it a name for easier management of your collections. This name can be changed later.
After submitting, a collection will appear that can be recognized by the purple folder icon.
When clicking on it, you will see all the media files that are inside of the selected collection.
Adding media to your collection
There are multiple ways to add media to your collection.
Either open your collection and add media there like uploading media normally.
Or alternatively, if you have already uploaded your media to Spott. Add them to the collection afterward by clicking the 3 dots and click "Move to collection".
Removing a collection
Removing a collection can be done by going to the collection, clicking the 3 dots at the top, and clicking "Delete collection".
Note that all your media inside that collection will be removed as well. This is not revertable.
