When it comes to embedding an interactive video on your website, there are several options available to ensure responsiveness.
If you've not found your way to generate an embed code, learn how to this in this article or simply click on Share and Embed in the Spott Studio for interactive videos.
Find the settings beneath the "Embed size" option.
Embed size options
While you are generating an embed code, you can pick between the following options:
Javascript
- Percentage of parent element (most used): This type of embed will take the percentage of its parent element. In most cases, when you leave this at 100, it will be responsive to your website.
- Fixed width: Use fixed width when you want to want to embed to always have the same width in pixels.
Iframe
- Responsive (most used): A responsive embed will do its best to take the available space your webpage offers. This option is the default and recommended option.
- Fixed dimensions: Use fixed dimensions when you want to want to embed to always be the same size. When you select this option, you will be asked to insert a width and a height.
