Where can I see the performance?
You can view the results of your interactive media by going to the Insights Dashboard.
Click on your settings tab and click on Insights.

The insights dashboard
The overview page gives you a grand overview of your results. One main graph is shown, this graph will give you a general impression of how well Spott performed on your website on the currently selected timeframe.
Clicking the tabs on the left side, you will be redirected to a page with additional information. You will be able to see information such as where the events came from location-based and from which domain.
If you are using a 3rd party video player, you can also see which player generated to most interactions.
When your user engages with your interactive content, 3 types of events get logged per image and video:
- Media impressions: Media impressions get logged when an image is visible on the screen, or when a video plays - including autoplay.
- Tag interactions: Tag interactions are logged whenever a user hovers or taps (on mobile) on any interactive element on your media.
- Tag clicks: Tag clicks are logged when one of your users clicks on an interactive element.
Selecting a timeframe
You can use the dropdown menu on the top right to select a timeframe of your view. All graphics will update accordingly.
